We do all the leg work and it cost you nothing! Most people think they have both enough knowledge or can read an insurance policy. We would agree reading the policy is easy. It's understanding coverage and it's intent. The claims process involves coverage and its intent. The responsibility, per policy conditions, places the burden of preparing and presenting your claim on you. After thirty years in the insurance business, I can tell you, most people believe that since they have Replacement Cost Coverage or if their home is declared a Total or Limit Loss they do not need the services of a Public Adjuster.
